Operations Associate

The Operations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by guiding visitors and ensuring their safety within the facility. They maintain a welcoming atmosphere while enforcing exhibition rules and maintaining facility cleanliness.

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in hospitality or leisure operations is desired but not essential.
