Responsibilities
The supervisor supports strategic and operational planning by driving financial transparency and managing operational and cost KPIs. They act as a key advisor to the Head of Operations, providing data-driven recommendations and implementing performance management frameworks.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering with 4-8 years of experience in financial analysis or cost control. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel is required, along with experience in the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) framework.
