Operations Supervisor - UAE National, AMZL Operations

Lead and develop teams within AMZL and Fulfillment Center environments to ensure efficient workflows and exceed customer expectations. Oversee daily operations, manage performance metrics, and implement process improvements to streamline logistics.

Requires at least 1 year of employee and performance management experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule. A degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferred.
