Civil Supervisor

Oversee all aspects of field construction for small to medium projects or specific disciplines within larger projects. Ensure quality, integrity, and adherence to budgets and schedules using in-house construction management procedures.

Requires a technical diploma or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of post-qualification field construction experience in a relevant industry. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive culture change.
