Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end pre-opening lifecycle for new QSR outlets, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with stakeholders, manage vendor onboarding, and implement standardized operational policies to ensure successful commercial launches.

Requirements

Requires 8+ years of experience in QSR or cloud kitchen operations with a proven track record of managing multiple pre-opening projects. Deep knowledge of UAE/Dubai municipality regulations and food safety codes is non-negotiable.
