技术负责人

Report to the CTO to lead the technical planning, system architecture, and engineering management of a centralized cryptocurrency exchange (CEX). Oversee the development and delivery of core systems including matching engines, wallets, risk control, and clearing systems while managing the engineering team.

Requires a bachelor's degree and over 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of management and direct experience with CEX platforms. Must possess deep expertise in high-performance trading engines (30k+ TPS), distributed systems, and cryptocurrency wallet security.
