Responsibilities
Oversee all meat, poultry, game, and seafood processing operations onboard to ensure high quality and efficiency. Manage butchery staff, production schedules, and adherence to food safety and USPH regulations.
Requirements
Requires at least 10 years of experience in high-volume cruise operations, including 2 years as a Chief Butcher. Formal butchery qualifications and food safety certifications are strongly preferred.
