Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care, including assessment, treatment implementation, and monitoring for adult or pediatric patients. Collaborates with an interprofessional team to create care plans and ensure safe admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ICU, Critical Care, or long-term care. Must hold a valid nursing license from the relevant regulatory authority and a current AHA Basic Life Support Provider card.
