The Experiences Supervisor is responsible for curating and managing engaging guest activities and overseeing third-party watersport providers to ensure brand standards. They manage the financial health of the department, handle service recovery, and develop crafted experiences aligned with local heritage and wellness.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration with at least three years of experience in a similar luxury hotel role. Proficiency in Opera and MS Suite, along with excellent English communication skills, is required.
