CRM and Loyalty Trainee

Responsibilities

The trainee will support the end-to-end reward and gifting experience and manage loyalty engagement across various channels in the Middle East. This includes coordinating event communications, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Candidates should be customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and proficient in English, with Arabic or French knowledge being a plus. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage projects across both digital and retail channels are essential.
