Responsibilities
The CX Team Leader is responsible for directing team members, managing staff deployment, and ensuring operational standards are met at Abu Dhabi International Airport. They guide and mentor staff while coordinating with client operational teams and the control center to optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B. A minimum of one year in a team leader role and knowledge of transport operations and security are essential.
