Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to exceed KPIs and ARR targets. Manage pipeline reviews, deal negotiations, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and operational excellence.

Requirements

Requires at least 3 years of SMB or Mid-Market sales experience and previous people management experience. Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and MS Office is expected, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
