Responsibilities

The consultant will assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and managing the end-to-end leasing and investment process. This includes conducting market research, negotiating agreements, and maintaining relationships with landlords and developers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in commercial brokerage. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial market and strong analytical and negotiation skills are required.
