Compliance officer & MLRO

The role involves designing and overseeing compliance policies, internal controls, and AML/CFT frameworks to ensure regulatory integrity. The officer will serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and manage all aspects of client onboarding and trade surveillance.

Candidates need at least 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years in compliance/AML within wealth management, preferably with ADGM or DIFC experience. A bachelor's degree and professional certification such as CISI or ACAMS are required.
