Responsibilities
The Quality Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing quality standards, inspection procedures, and control systems to ensure product integrity. They drive continuous improvement by monitoring First Pass Yield and leading root cause analysis through the 8D process.
Requirements
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience as a Quality Controller or Engineer. A bachelor's degree and experience within the defense industry are preferred.
