Responsibilities

The Operations Assistant coordinates tasks and tracks deadlines across HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain departments. They are responsible for preparing reports, managing meeting agendas, and ensuring efficient information flow for management.

Requirements

Candidates should be recent graduates or early-career professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Must be available to work 6 days per week on-site in Ras Al Khaimah with excellent English communication skills.
