Responsibilities
Respond to helpdesk requests via phone, email, and radio while monitoring building operations. Record system anomalies in the CAFM system to ensure remedial repairs and planned maintenance are completed within KPIs.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of office experience with strong customer handling and data entry skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, and a degree in business administration is preferred.
