Responsibilities

Lead network partner support initiatives to build local capacity for measuring core outcomes and outputs of leadership development programs. This includes implementing measurement tools, data systems, and learning routines to improve and communicate organizational impact.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a rigorous analytical field with 3-10 years of experience depending on the degree level. Candidates must have proven consulting experience with non-profits and a background in education or global development.
