Responsibilities

The Specialist in Strategic Planning will coordinate and develop comprehensive business plans for ADNOC L&S, assessing impacts on strategic direction and business operations. They will support functional managers in implementing change management and process improvement initiatives across departments.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business and professional certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma. Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or logistics sectors is required, along with advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and ERP systems.
