Responsibilities

Lead the operational and technology integration of acquired systems, venues, and processes within the Dubai region. Coordinate with government authorities and the Dubai World Trade Centre to ensure seamless transitions and operational continuity during exhibition cycles.

Requirements

Requires at least 6 years of experience in M&A integration or corporate restructuring, with a strong preference for UAE Nationals or those with extensive UAE government experience. Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and UAE Labor Law is essential, along with experience in the events or hospitality sector.
