Responsibilities

Lead the growth and operational management of the Project and Development Services business in the UAE, focusing on business development and client acquisition. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including design, procurement, construction, and close-out documentation for complex mixed-use projects.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, with 8-10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in the Middle East. Must have proven PMC/PMO experience within a reputable international firm and fluency in English.
