Responsibilities

Responsible for handling customer RFQs for spare parts and preparing accurate, competitive quotations. The role involves coordinating with technical and supply chain teams to maximize order conversion and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Requires a Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Administration with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer support. Preference is given to candidates with experience in the process industry and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
