Responsibilities
The Senior Shift Supervisor manages personnel and activities of an operating shift to ensure the Waste-to-Energy facility complies with safety and environmental regulations. They are responsible for maintaining production schedules and covering for senior management during their absence.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of cumulative experience in Energy from Waste or power generation. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor in plants using waste, mass burn, or fossil fuel technology is required.
