Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure business continuity. Manage system performance, monitor network health, and administer Windows and Linux-based environments.
Requirements
Requires at least 3 years of experience in IT support with strong proficiency in networking, Windows Server, and Linux administration. Must have experience with virtualization technologies and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
