Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development and commercialization projects for both new and existing product portfolios. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into successful product launches while managing risks and governance.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Proven success in managing NPD/EPD projects and Private Label development is essential, with PMP or a Master's degree being an advantage.
