Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all legal, compliance, and data privacy matters, including drafting and negotiating complex contracts and software licenses. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance across the GCC and managing corporate governance and board activities.

Requirements

Requires a law degree and 2-5 years of post-qualification experience with strong expertise in contract analysis and UAE/DIFC regulations. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.
