Workshop Manager – Fleet / Automobile / Heavy Equipment

Independently manage day-to-day workshop operations and implement a systematic preventive maintenance program for a multi-brand fleet. Supervise the maintenance of heavy equipment and optimize the utilization of manpower, tools, and spare parts.

Requires a Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance operations. Must possess strong troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment and leadership experience managing technicians.
