Associate Director, Employer Relations of the Career Development Center - Student Affairs (Fixed-Term for 3 Years)

Lead the development of programs and services to cultivate external industry relationships for student internships and full-time employment. Manage a team of staff while providing career coaching and overseeing the on-campus student employment program.

Requires a Master's degree in Higher Education, HR, Counseling, or a related field with at least five years of progressive leadership experience in career development or recruitment. Must have a proven track record of establishing employer relationships and supervising professional staff.
