Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the overall CASA portfolio, focusing on new-to-bank acquisition and the growth of SME banking relationships. Lead a team of sales and non-sales staff to drive revenue streams across FX, NFI, NII, and trade products.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance with 8-10 years of experience in SME banking liabilities within the UAE. Must possess strong people management skills and the ability to develop business strategies and forge external relationships.
