Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily MEP and civil maintenance activities across residential and commercial facilities. Lead a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective works while adhering to SLA and HSE standards.
Requirements
Requires a Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning with 5-8 years of experience in facility management. Must have at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of MEP systems.
