Director, Enterprise Risk Management

Design and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk taxonomy specifically for digital assets and regulated financial services. Act as an individual contributor managing the entire risk lifecycle, from identifying emerging threats to validating remediation actions and reporting to the Board.

Requires 7-10 years of hands-on experience in ERM, internal audit, or compliance within a regulated financial or crypto environment. Must possess a builder mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools and automation to scale risk monitoring and control activities.
