Responsibilities
Assist the Head Miller in operating the flour milling system to produce various grain flours while ensuring quality and processing standards. Maintain equipment safety, adhere to food safety protocols, and manage preventative maintenance work orders.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the flour milling industry, preferably with Buhler machines. Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Food Technology or Milling Technology.
