Head of Internal Audit - UAE National (Emiratisation)

Establish and lead an independent, risk-based internal audit function aligned with international standards and UAE regulatory requirements. Provide independent assurance to the Audit Committee and senior management regarding internal controls and governance frameworks.

Requires a UAE National with 10-15 years of internal audit experience in regulated environments and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are highly desirable.
