Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified global talent.
Requirements
Requires 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, with strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills. Must possess upper-intermediate English proficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
