Assistant Outlet Manager

Supervises and assists the Outlet and F&B Managers in maintaining service consistency and operational standards. Leads team recruitment and ensures adherence to corporate and local hotel policies.

Requires a degree in Hospitality Management and at least two years of experience in luxury fine dining and all-inclusive operations. Must possess strong leadership skills and proficiency in Opera and MS Office.
