Responsibilities

Provide real-time, hands-on support at delivery stations to resolve failed deliveries and ensure packages reach customers. Act as the primary link between customers, Delivery Service Partners, and senior leadership to remove delivery barriers.

Requirements

Requires at least 6 months of SDS Resolution Specialist experience. Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
