Responsibilities

Oversees daily guest service operations and coordinates onboard events to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Acts as a key liaison between guests and shipboard departments while managing VIP and suite guest needs.

Requirements

Requires at least 2 years of experience as an Events Manager in hotels/resorts or 1 year in the cruise industry. A bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management is strongly preferred.
