Responsibilities

Lead the overall commercial strategy and P&L for the UAE market, overseeing Sales and Key Account Management teams to achieve revenue targets. Responsible for product listing in healthcare facilities, sales forecasting, and aligning execution with marketing strategies.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (MBA preferred) with at least 15 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 5 years in senior commercial leadership in the UAE. Must have a proven track record in KAM, hospital/pharmacy channel sales, and CRM utilization.
