Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end ATM and self-service channel ecosystem, ensuring high availability, performance, and 24x7 monitoring. Lead vendor governance, incident response, and regulatory compliance to optimize operational resilience and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Requires expertise in managing ATM hardware and software, overseeing vendor SLAs, and implementing disaster recovery strategies. Must be capable of leading incident command for critical outages and ensuring adherence to CBUAE regulatory frameworks.
