Responsibilities
Manage relationships with domestic guests and coordinate their reservations for accommodation, dining, and entertainment. Support the execution of marketing promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining accurate guest records in CRM systems.
Requirements
Requires 1-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations, preferably within the UAE market. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business is preferred, along with fluency in English.
