Contract Manager

The role is responsible for overall contractual, commercial, and control activities, including managing payment certificates, variations, and claims. It involves drafting contractual correspondence and supervising quantity surveyors and planning engineers to ensure project adherence.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial/contracts management for major rail or transport projects. Preferred qualifications include MRICS/FRICS, MCIArb/FCIArb, and a postgraduate degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.
