Responsibilities

The Revenue Manager is responsible for planning and executing the overall revenue performance cycle for the hotel and residences. This includes monitoring competitor pricing, managing distribution channels, and preparing detailed financial forecasts and reports.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in hospitality revenue management. Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
