Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic cybersecurity advisor and client success lead for a portfolio of managed security services clients. Bridge the gap between client stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure service performance aligns with business objectives and operational excellence.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity experience in client-facing or SOC leadership roles and a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field. CISSP certification and deep knowledge of MSSP operations and security frameworks are essential.
