Responsibilities
Design and manage quality frameworks and scalable workflows for AI data programs, including annotation and evaluation. Lead and coach quality teams while transforming data insights into operational improvements to ensure AI model performance.
Requirements
Requires 5+ years of experience in quality or data operations with a proven track record of managing complex AI data services. Must possess strong analytical skills and experience with LLM evaluation, RLHF, or similar human-in-the-loop processes.
