Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Java backend developers while taking full ownership of technical direction and delivery outcomes. Design and maintain scalable, low-latency backend services and trading-related integrations within a Fintech environment.

Requirements

Requires over 7 years of backend engineering experience with Java 17+ and at least 2 years of experience leading technical teams. Candidates should have strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud environments, preferably within the Forex or Trading industry.
