Procurement Manager (UAE National)

Oversee and drive strategic procurement activities, including the end-to-end cycle from sourcing and bid evaluation to contract award. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.

Must be a UAE National with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Requires 8-15+ years of procurement experience, including 2-4 years in a managerial role within EPC, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
