Associate People Operations - 6 month contract

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration for UAE employees. Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain accurate HR data and records.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of People Operations experience specifically within the UAE Mainland. Must have a strong understanding of MOHRE processes and proficiency in HR systems and office software.
