Senior Manager - Policy

The Senior Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing policy initiatives to develop and maintain the FSRA's regulatory framework, focusing on conduct, prudential dimensions, and the FinTech/digital assets sector. This includes managing complex policy projects, leading consultation processes, and providing policy advisory services to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates must have 10-12 years of regulatory or policy development experience, specifically within the financial services or government sectors and the digital asset space. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, public policy, or a related field is required.
