Technical Manager

Lead the technical department to ensure design compliance, engineering excellence, and constructability for luxury residential and mixed-use projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary design processes and act as the primary technical interface between clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 17 years of experience in engineering and construction, including 10 years in senior leadership. Must have extensive UAE/GCC experience delivering luxury villas, residential towers, and mixed-use developments.
