Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality coaching programs for Competition Junior and Age squads to develop skillful and well-prepared swimmers. Monitor athlete progress, identify talent, and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of UKCC Level 2 Coaching in Aquatics or equivalent and a current Lifeguard Qualification. Candidates should have a proven track record of coaching young swimmers through the Learn to Train and Train to Train stages of LTAD.
